Here is a list of the requirements necessary to join the project:

• Safe bike storage - Bicycle storage:  Free provision of a closed and safe place to store bicycles. Presence of adequate racks.
• Basic maintenance workshop: Provision of basic bicycle repair tools for guests. Availability, for a fee, of the most common consumables for repairs (air chambers, tip tops, cables, small parts).
• Information on itineraries for cyclists and internet stations: Supply of cycling maps of the area for free, on loan or for sale. Hiking maps & GPS.
• Drying room: Provision of suitable places for drying clothes.
• Information on services for cyclists: Information on nearby shops and bicycle repairers (telephone numbers and opening hours).
• Availability of stay for one night only: overnight stay in the structure even for one night only.
• Specific and flexible catering: substantial breakfast with food suitable for cyclists eg. muesli, yogurt, jams, honey, fruit, fresh bread. Possibility of snacks at any time of day.
• Bike washing area: Possibility to wash the bike in the area of ​​the structure.
• Laundry service: Laundry or use of free or paid washing machine.
• Emergency: Availability to take cyclists in difficulty.
• Bike rental and accessories: Presence of good quality rental bikes, or information on the possibility of finding nearby renters.

• General information: Train and public transport timetables, newspapers and specialized literature, information on other hotels for cyclists, guest book for observations and experiences.
